VO load gets invalid procedure call. Bad costing from Contractor Mgmt
Symptoms:
When attempting to open a voucher with invalid costing, an "invalid procedure call" error occurs.
Solution:
The voucher application has been modified to display an error message for each voucher line with invalid costing when opening a voucher with invalid costing. Once the voucher is open the lines with invalid costing must be fixed before the voucher batch can be posted. The Contract Management System validates the costing when the time or material line is saved. An error was occurring when obtaining the error message for invalid costing causing the application to behave as if no error had occurred and allowing a line with invalid costing to be saved. A second costing validation has been added to the Contract Management System. Lines are now validated when the voucher is created. If a line with invalid costing is found the creation of the voucher is aborted. Invalid lines must be fixed before a voucher can be created.
