Symptoms:
On a new 4Site installation, adding the first equipment to the database generated the error, "number of inserted columns does not match table definition".
Solution:
Patch 50.004.001 added a classification column to the equipment table. Some insert statements were not changed in the equipment application to add this new classification column. The classification column has been added to all insert statements to the equipment table.
