Line extras not calculating properly
Symptoms:
A purchase requisition with lines extras does not total properly. The wrong tax code for a line extra may be displayed.
Solution:
1. When calculating the price for a line extra set to use a "Per Line Unit" it correctly multiplies quantity * price.
