Warning Email when Equipment is moved from one ccid to another.
Enhancement Description:
When the cost centre of an equipment is changed, send an e-mail to a specified address.
Solution:
Based on the covalue entry "CCMOVE_EMAIL". If this entry contains an e-mail, an email message is created and sent to that address.
