Codes PRBUYER per org is not processed correctly. Uses the all orgs.
Symptoms:
In a multi-company installation, the Code DEFAULTS entry PRBUYER to M (Mandatory) for one specific organization. In use, the buyer was optional for all organizations. That is, the buyer was not mandatory in the one organization that was changed.
Solution:
The code to get the covalue entry didn't use the chart id. It now gets the chartid for the current organization plus "*" for all organizations.
