Item shows qty on reserve and can't be issued.
Symptoms:
1. A stock item showed a quantity on reserve but there were no supporting stores requests. 2. The quantity on the pkhold and sreqline.qohrsvd did not match the sreqline.qtyrqstd 3. The mdi form sometimes showed the wrong status if the status changed between the time the Open form was loaded and the time you open the stores request.
Solution:
The problem was Stores Request would allow you to delete a quick pick if it's status was still new. Presumeably this would mean someone opened a stores request while someone was still in the process of entering it since in V5 you can't exit the entry of a QP and leave it New. But in V4, which the client was running, you could get a QP with a status of new.
