Remove bolded instructions/conditions in report header
Enhancement Description:
The disclaimer paragraph in the report header is not required. Please remove. For the Gibraltar Mines report only.
Solution:
The disclaimer/instruction text (Please quote itemised...) was removed from the report header for Gibraltar Mines. The height properties of several text and data fields were increased so that the lower portion of the text (p,g, and y's) were not cut off. (this done on both the _GIB and the generic report)
