Creating a Run without an existing Run Defintion causes run-time error
Symptoms:
Launching the "Create Work Orders" form and creating a new Run when a Run Definition does not exist results in run-time error(Type mismatch) when editing the date. Also, enabled/disabled state of some options under the "Runs" menu are not being set properly.
Solution:
The ability to create a Run without an existing Run Definition has been disabled. In addition, the enabled/disabled state of the Save, Run, and Delete options under the "Runs" menu are now properly setting being set based on the selected item in the tree.
