Picking background halts running person lookup.
Symptoms:
On at lease one occasion on each PC and Server I have been called that the Background printing has stopped. When I remote into the PC or server running the background printing I noticed that the “Look up Persons Window” is Open?? Immediately after I close the “Look up Persons Window” Printing resumes?
Solution:
The Picking Background has been changed to correctly handle requestors who may not be in the database. Quick Picks and Stores Requests have been changed to fix a problem where legitimate 4site users may not be edited correctly.
