Daycounter Trigger not incrementing in Legacy Mode

PM WO's not generated after upgrade.
Symptoms:
If there are triggers whose last workorder is in status 70/Completed and the completedon date is null and the pmtask is "increment from last done", attempts to generate pm workorders will result in an "invalid use of null" error and Daycounter triggers will not be incremented. This will result in no tasks triggering since the usage will not exceed the DoEvery.
Solution:
Workorders in status 70/Completed are now considered done for the purposes of "increment from last done/last requested", but workorders that were already in status 70 prior to this change can exist and will cause this problem. Triggers involving these "legacy" status 70 workorders will continue to behave as they did before and will not increment their usage until the workorder is closed.
