Deleting a project doesn't delete project account records
Symptoms:
If you add a project with accounts, save it and then delete the project, you get a msgbox that says it will delete all segments. It deleted the project and projhier records, however, it doesn't delete the projacct records. Also test to make sure it delete the other project tables: projnote, projdesc, projalert, projdesc.
Solution:
Added DeleteProjAcctSegs routine, which executes SQL to delete the projacct records related to the deleted project. Note: deletion of related projnote, projdesc, projalert, atdoc is already hadled.
