Cheque Writer displays eroneous error msg about CM103 report

Symptoms:
In all sites but ARP you would get an error msg when you tried to print cheques "No printer specified in Codes CHECKWRITER entry CM103_PRINTER. Cash Management report cannot print". This would only be a problem if patch 50.016.006 has already been installed.
Solution:
It now only checks for the printer if the site uses a third party Cash Management system (so only at ARP). In addition, the creation of an EFT or Positive Pay File now correctly handles leading spaces in the output file.
