Urgent request- Unable to run GST Reports - The control is busy error
Symptoms:
When attempting to run the GST Report, the error "Control is busy downloading data." may be generated.
Solution:
The "Control is busy downloading data." error occurs when a newer version of the Crystal Report Viewer has been installed on the PC running the report. The code has been modified to first attempt to open the newer version of the Crystal Viewer, if this attempt fails then the code will open the older version of the viewer. This problem was fixed in patch 50.016.008 for the Asset Register reports. This patch includes a new copy of the GST Report compiled with the changed module from patch 50.016.008
