Access Denied when trying to email a report from Run Job
Symptoms:
Using RunJob to email a report causes an Access Denied error.
Solution:
The system call to find the windows temp directory was incorrectly called. This caused the attachment file to be created in the root on the C: drive all the time when using Run Job. Some places do not have a writable C: drive. The code to get the windows temp directory was fixed.
