Wrong default crew on WO entry
Symptoms:
Work order entry no longer uses default planner and crew from equipment. Note: The planner list is working correctly. The Crew list does not display the the default crew defined for the selected equipment, but shows the first crew in the list.
Solution:
If the work order is costed to equipment, the list index of the crew pull down is set to the default internal service provider for the equipment entered. Similarly, the list index of the contractor pull down is set to the default external service provider for the selected equipment.
