Symptoms:
Hot Spot Creation Is Not Working.
Solution:
There was an error determining if the SharedPath\Picture folder existed and the path to save the hotspots would fallback to the ServerPath, which is generally read-only. Any attempts to save hotspot data to a read-only ServerPath will fail. The SharedPath\Picture lookup has been fixed.
