line count is wrong when you copy a PR with line extras
Symptoms:
When you copy a PR with line extras it sets pr.totlines to the number of prline records. The copy is counting the line extra as an actual line.
Solution:
Line extras are no longer counted toward the count of the total number of lines written to pr.totlines.
