WO add parts screen no longer adds the purchasing segments
Symptoms:
Using the combined purchase/stores resource button in the WO application does not create task purchase resources.
Solution:
When loading the price book items available for copy, the supplier catalogue number was left blank. Clicking the Save button created WO purchase resources only for those items whose catalogue id matched the catalogue id on the price book supplier segment, so no purchase resources were created, unless the price book price supplier catalogue was blank. The grid containing the available price book items now contains the supplier catalogue number.
