Fix bug in easyXml with "name"
Symptoms:
easyXml has a problem with words containing "name". It was fixed to make it accept words containing "name" in a property value, however, it caused a problem for words containing "name" in a property name.
Solution:
IsSub() function was rewritten to handle words containing name in both the xml property value and property name.
