Toolbuttons not working on Find Budget and Budget Definition form
Symptoms:
The New budget toolbutton doesn't work if a budget is highlighted in the tree. The Copy toolbutton just doesn't work. The corresponding menu items do work.
Solution:
The enabling/disabling of the toolbuttons has been fixed to work when the form is used within the equipment application.
