It is possible to get a negative total value in PR.
Symptoms:
It is possible to get a negative total value on a bid. A bid was copied. The 4 lines were deleted and a line for $0 was added. The total value of the new bid was -0.01. This caused havoc with the work flow.
Solution:
When deleting requisition lines, if the total value of the bid falls below zero, set it to zero.
