Can delete prcost or pocost but leave line.costdset pointing to it
Symptoms:
Can delete prcost or pocost record but leave a line.costdset pointing to it
Solution:
PO and PR line costing is no longer saved independently from the associated lines. This prevents saving the line costing changes but then canceling the line changes. Any costing changes are now only saved if/when the line is saved.
