Checkwriter Security wipes out users in SQL 2005 if not an admin
Symptoms:
If you log into a SQL 2005 database, run Checkwriter security and are not an administrator, you will wipe out all security settings, except 'sa' and yourself.
Solution:
p4s#RefreshSecurity proc CWSecurity application was rewritten to pull from person table instead of the sys.users table. This removes the reliance on the person responsible for administering check writer security from being a database administrator.
