PM Program defined starting Monday - run dates start on Sunday
Symptoms:
PM Program is defined as starting Monday for 7 days. When a new run is created, the dates selected are Sunday to Sunday, not Monday to Monday.
Solution:
There was in issue with the way the base day was stored internally and which day was considered the first day of the week based on the regional settings on the computer. This was causing the internal representation of base day to not match with the way the days were presented to the user in a region where the first day of the week is Monday. Regions where the first day is Sunday would not have a problem. Changes have been made to the logic to take regional settings into account.
