Current Help model does not work under Vista
Enhancement Description:
The PM application has been coded to display one of two help file locations depending on whether the site is running in legacy mode or not. The 4Site system module that loads the correct help file path does not support this.
Solution:
This was a known problem in PM where we need to show one help when running in Legacy mode and a different help file running in the new mode. The code has been modified to handle two different help files.
