Add Committed column to Project Cost Report.
Enhancement Description:
Add an optional parameter to the Project Cost Report to allow the display of either Committed costs or Mtd/Ytd costs.
Solution:
A new parameter "Display Committed Trans" has been added to the Project Cost Report. If this parameter is set to "Yes" then the MTD and YTD columns will be replaced with a Committed column containing the value of the commitment transactions. If the value of the new parameter is set to the default value of "No" then the report will display without the committed column as before.
