Can delete prcost or pocost but leave line.costdset pointing to it
Symptoms:
When a purchase requisition is charged to a work order, the PR application gives a "This line is costed to work order [woid], task . The costing for this task produced the following error: There are not cost distributions specified for work order [woid], task ."
Solution:
Modified the ValidateExpElem() function to handle work order task numbers for lines charged to work orders. Similar problem in poline.frm. This problem would only be apparent to users who had installed patch 50.022.006.
