Add subproject selection to Project Cost Report.
Enhancement Description:
Add a range of subreports for the Project Costs report.
Solution:
A new report Project Cost by Subproject was created which uses the same result table, executable and report as the Project Cost report. A range of subreports only affects one project, so this version of the report accepts only a single top level project and a from and to subproject. If the from subproject is blank it is assumed to be the first subproject. If the to subproject is blank it is assumed to be the last subproject.
