Add fields to Supplier List report
Enhancement Description:
Add prefixes parameter to Weekly POs Report.
Solution:
A new prefixes parameter has been added to the Weekly POs Report. The user chooses the PO Prefixes to display on the report with the default being All Prefixes. Database procedure p4s#weekpos has been made obsolete by this patch and may be dropped.
