supplier is mandatory on WO purchase but optional in PR
Symptoms:
Please confirm if there is a way to disable the "suggested supplier" field required to be entered on work orders. It appears that this is inconsistent with purchase requisitions.
Solution:
The supplier field is now optional for a non-pricebook item.
