Security Application freezes using Drag and Drop
Symptoms:
The Security application freezes using Drag and Drop at Yukon Zinc on the server and the I.T. Administrator's laptop. There are clipboard issues on Remote Desktop, Citrix and possibly Office 2007. Use of clipboard must be removed for drag-drop operations.
Solution:
Instead of using the clipboard, to pass information from class to class, this fix implements a wrapper for clipboard calls in clsDB that retries the clipboard operation if errors occur for up to 5 seconds.
