Modify purchase order screen to show qty rec'd, o/s, pd on main screen
Enhancement Description:
In the current purchase order screens, it difficult to see which lines are outstanding. Ideally the user should be able to see this on the a single summary screen, with options to view details of each line. This is articularly important for partially received stock purchase orders with many lines.
Solution:
Added a "view PO activity" screen for the entire purchase order (i.e. on the header) which shows ordered, received and vouchered quantity for each line of a PO. Also shows ordered, received and vouchered dollar amount for each line. Allows for "drill-down" on each line to the previously existing "show activity" screen and data can be copied and pasted into Excel.
