Symptoms:
GSTReport does not properly sum amounts involving negative tax values, either through a negative tax rate or a tax credit.
Solution:
The GSTReport application has been updated to properly apply the sign of the lines involved when generating the total. Before the changes to allow negative tax amounts, the sign was not relevant since you could not have a mixture of tax lines. When the changes were made to allow negative tax, GSTReport was not changed to account for the possible mixture of signs.
