Symptoms:
Request 2569: While attempting to run an Issue Change Order action, the following error was encountered: The following PO lines point to blank costing: 3 Request 2555: PO View Commitment Voucher shows wrong date in error msg
Solution:
Request 2569: Added line status D(eleted) filter to sql query so that deleted lines are not checked for missing line costing. Request 2555: Revised message text to better define the error and display the open fiscal period boundary dates (start date of open fiscal period and current date (today).
