Count PO's not PO lines. Add grand total

Enhancement Description:
In the current version of the report, the count of the number of PO's was really counting the number of lines. A grand total would also be useful on this report.
Solution:
A grand total for number of PO's and amount has been added. I also supressed the printing of the PO# if it was duplicated.
