Cheque Writer Options screen shows obsolete EFT entry.

Symptoms:
When patch 50.022.001 added the EFT per supplier it removed the Codes CHECKWRITER EFT entry, but the setting of the option was left on the Check Options screen.
Solution:
I removed EFT from the Options screen and added AUTOREFRESH in its place.
