Notification e-mail not sent to planner on material arrival
Symptoms:
If a requisition for parts is created in PR, no notification of arrival is sent at time of receipt. If the requisition is created in WO, then an e-mail notification is sent.
Solution:
1) Enable email notification for receipt of goods charged to a work order to be sent to the planner even if the purchase request did not originate from the Work Order application. This is done using the code value MAILOVERRIDE / RCMAIL. 2) Send only one email to each personid if there are multiple lines being received.
