Budget Import - Excel file generating error on save.
Symptoms:
The grid columns are not in sync with the buiness logic. The code is trying to validate the Class column as Period1 column and failing the validate.
Solution:
Increased the loop to validate columns 6 - 18. It was validating columns 5 - 17.
