Symptom, Cause, Cure Dream Solution
Enhancement Description:
Add ability to specify whether an equipment has optional or mandatory symptom, cause and cure codes. If mandatory, then a work order costed to that equipment must have an SCC code.
Solution:
An SCC Code Applies check box has been added to the equipment definition form to indicate whether a work order requires Symptom, Cause and Cure codes. A symptom code pull down list has been added to the PM Task form. Selection from the pull down is mandatory when the equipment to which the task applies requires SCC codes. The selection of a symptom code on the work order definition form is mandatory if the work order is costed to an equipment which requires SCC codes. On closure of a work order the selection of Cause and Cure(Action) codes is mandatory when the work order is costed to an equipment to which SCC codes apply.
