Send an email notification on change of an equipment's status.
Enhancement Description:
When the status of an equipment changes send an email to a specified email address with notification of the status change.
Solution:
A new Codes entry was created to contain an email address. If the entry has a value, send a notification email to that email address on the change of an equipment's status.
