In voucher add, cost group error is treated as a warning.
Symptoms:
When an organization has no persons entered, Vouchers will not let a release PO to be created because an originator must be selected from that organization.
Solution:
The voucher form where the release is created now allows entering a person from any organization. This problem would only be apparent in a multi-company installation. Also, if the approving department on the release PO screen is already filled in then do not overwrite it after entering the originator. And also, when trying to enter costing of a different cost group than currently on the voucher, Vouchers only gives a warning. Now it will stop the entry.
