Missing cursor when adding new Project/Subproject
Symptoms:
When adding a new project/subproject, the "Identify As" tab is displayed,but the cursor/focus is actually on the second tab, "Costing", in the Default field. This requires the user to click on the ProjectID field before being able to start entering data. Otherwise, any keys typed don't display, and subsequent tabbing causes a (possible) error as invalid data has been entered in the "Default" field, which only allows Y or N entries.
Solution:
Revise code such that focus is set on the Title textbox on the Identify As tab, when creating a new project or sub-project.
