In PO set default 'ship to' to warehouse for stock PO
Enhancement Description:
When entering a Stock Order in the Purchase Orders application, set the default 'Ship to' pulldown to Warehouse.
Solution:
Added code that sets to 'Warehouse' the selected item. In addition, If a Stock PO, the warehouse is now set to the one defined in "Costing" tab. If it is a Credit PO (either stock or non-stock) the "Deliver To" is set as "Supplier" and the supplier id to the supplier on the Supplier tab.
