JV screen shows wrong year if you query the yr end adjustment
Symptoms:
1. Query an existing year end adjustment JV - shows you the last closed fiscal year as the adjustment year, not necessarily the year that was really adjusted 2. Add a new JV - starts out in company X and sets up the year end as X's last year closed when you checkmark the year end adjustment. Then change to company Y which has a different last year closed. The adjustment year and transaction date stayed the same Add a new JV - starts out in company X. Then change the company. Then click on the year end adjustment. The adjustment year stayed the same. The transaction date was wrong again.
Solution:
1. Use the transaction date to determine what the actual adjustment year was 2. When the company changes it re-gets the last fiscal year closed and sets up the adjustment year and transaction date from it.
