Work order lookup filters not working correctly
Symptoms:
When opening a work order and changing the 'find by' settings, the settings are not always saved, and revert back to the default settings.
Solution:
In some cases, the 'find by' combo box was not cleared before being reloaded. The entires left behind caused some confusion and a reversion back to the default settings.
