Multiple mdi forms for same PR if you click Copy then cancel it
Symptoms:
Here's what I did: - I entered a PR with lines and notes - clicked Copy and copied it - clicked Copy again but then cancelled (clicked the X) - I get another mdi with the same prid as the last one I copied - clicked Copy again and cancelled (clicked X), got a 3rd mdi
Solution:
A new event "Form_QueryUnload" was added to take care of the form close when it is triggered by the «X» window button.
