Alphabetic supid has case sensitivity issues in voucher
Symptoms:
Attempting to load voucher lines matched to a PO did not load any lines.
Solution:
Subsequent analysis revealed that price book data was populated with a data load and subsequently updated using SQL tools. As a result there was a difference in case between supplier identifiers in the price book and on the PO. I.e. the supplier on the price book was Ajax and AJAX on the PO. This difference in supplier caused no lines to be loaded. Although this situation would not happen with data entered using the 4Site applications, the load of PO lines in the Voucher application has been changed to be case insensitve.
