Current Help model does not work under Vista
Symptoms:
The introduction of web style help in patch 50.023.008 requires a multi-level help directory under the 4Site root directory on the server. Both the utility that creates a patch upgrade distribution and the 4site upgrade install program need to me modified to handle this multi-level help directory.
Solution:
FSUpdate and MKUpd have been modified to handle multi- level directories
