PR-PO Copy won't create a PO from a Repair PR - bug in patch 5.28.5
Symptoms:
I tried to create a PO from a Repair PR. I got an error that made it look like there was a language entry missing for the type and status of the Repair PR - RPN
Solution:
It turned out to be pr.contracttype = N on the PR created from Spares. It now sets it to blank. Patch 5.28.5 added the ability to create PO's from blanket PR's. It concatenated the PR type with contract type and status. There was no clsPreq.eng entry for RPN but there didn't need to be. The contracttype of N was not valid. The database had been reloaded to blank but some code in Spares that created a PR was missed.
