Crystal XI can cause "field name is not known" printing pick tickets.
Symptoms:
For users that have Crystal Reports XI runtime installed, the Picking Background application can generate "filed name is not known" errors as it processes picking stores requests.
Solution:
The pick ticket report is produced using a database procedure. If no records are found, the procedure returns an empty record. In order for this record to be handled by Cyrstal XI, the column names on the empty record had to be aliased to match the names of the normal select.
